Cancellation & Modification Policy

You may cancel or modify your transfer reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled transfer time.

No refunds will be issued for reservations cancelled after the cancellation deadline.

Cancellations made before the deadline will be refunded using the same payment method used for the original booking.

For reservations where the modification deadline has passed, changes can only be made by contacting our call center or WhatsApp support.

By purchasing this service, you are deemed to have accepted the cancellation and modification terms related to the selected vehicle and transfer service.
